KP Law offers services in four primary practice areas that encompass most immigration issues and processes.
- Citizenship & Naturalization: In this area of immigration law, we guide visa applicants through the requirements of residency, employment, education, and more. We help clients achieve permanent resident status either through adjustment of status or consular processing. And we provide counsel on individual-based and marriage-based naturalization.
- Employment-Based Immigration: In this area, we help individuals and employers work through issues of eligibility and qualifications for workers in one or more of five categories, such as professional and skilled worker.
- Family-Based Immigration: We work with the intending immigrant and relative sponsor to complete the visa petition and take the other steps necessary for the applicant to come to the United States.
- Asylum & Amnesty: KP Law assists people who meet the definition of refugee status and other requirements to be granted the protections of asylum. We also guide eligible clients through amnesty processes such as Deferred Action Applications, or DACA.
